Self-pay rates are available for clients who prefer not to use insurance, or for services that fall outside of insurance scope. Rates are shared transparently. Initial Visit: $150 an hour Follow-up Care: $125 an hour

While some appointments may be available directly through Headway, I encourage you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. This lets us connect personally, understand what you need, and find the best time in my schedule — including daytime and weekend options. I will always work to accommodate you.
